General FAQs
How long does healing take?
Healing is a cyclical process. While instant satisfaction can be experienced after a single session, there’s no guaranteed timeframe for true healing. There’s also no “end point.”
Healing varies greatly depending on the individual, the nature of the wound(s), and the approach used. Some wounds resolve quickly while others require more grace. It’s not about perfection or performance, but loving yourself no matter the circumstances.
How many sessions do you recommend?
I recommend starting off with one session before committing to working together long-term. If you feel called to continue the Ancestral Healing journey together, please consider joining The Treehouse.
Are our session confidential?
Yes! The core of my practice is about breaking down blockages that prevent one from connecting with their True Self and others on a profound level. Together, we’re building a sacred space to honor vulnerabilities and that requires trust. Anything shared in our sacred space will remain under lock and key so long as you aren’t a danger to yourself or others.
What tradition, culture, ideology is your practice rooted in?
My practice is rooted in the Authenticity of Being. To create a self-imposed limitation and restrict myself to one modality, mentor, or belief system is contradictory to the core nature of my work: breaking down blockages and barriers, aka limitations.
Mentors of various cultures gifted me with their time, energy, and wisdom. I wish to honor them and their Ancestors by continuing to act as a bridge, as my True Self, and witness how all that I’ve learned and experienced creates its own kind of synthesis.

What credentials, licenses, or training do you have that qualifies you to perform Soul or Ancestral Healing?
First and foremost, I am not a licensed health or mental health professional. Please always follow the guidance of the professionals you consult.

What is Ancestral Wounding?
Ancestral wounds refer to unresolved trauma(s) and wounds that can be inherited from previous generations. These kinds of wounds can deeply influence perspective and can impact family dynamics, and how we relate to ourselves and those we encounter.

What can I expect from Ancestral Healing?
Sessions can vary depending on needs and/or goals, but may involve guided relaxation, prayer, meditation, energy work, drumming, or other techniques to promote healing.
We will explore your family history and potentially inherited ancestral wounds. This involves recognizing the recurring themes and patterns in your life or within the family unit. We will call in your Ancestors while engaging with various systems and practices that help identify and remove blockages (wounds).
Some people experience physical, emotional, physiological, or psychological changes when engaging with healing work. It is not uncommon to experience nausea, fatigue, intense emotions, sore muscles, or shifts in awareness.
Please inform me of any symptoms that arise during or after our session, or persist longer than 3-4 days. Please review The Policies for more information.
Do I need to know my family history or ancestry to receive Ancestral Healing?
Ancestral Healing is available to anyone regardless how much of their lineage is known to them. Your Wise and Well Ancestors are yours, no matter if you’re connected biologically or by other means. However, having even vague knowledge of your family history or ancestry can be of immense benefit at the start, but it isn’t necessary to engage with this work.
The Treehouse FAQs
How long is The Treehouse?
The Treehouse is a minimum of 4-weeks (1 month) commitment to Ancestral Healing. If you feel called, we can continue working together until our time feels complete. Please refer to The Treehouse Membership Tiers + Benefits section for more details.
How do I know if The Treehouse is right for me?
Only you can know this. I know this work isn’t for everyone. I know I’m not for everyone. I never want to convince someone to work with me who genuinely doesn’t want to.
This is why I offer a brief $15 consultation call. Countless times I’ve found myself committing to long-term work with someone just to recognize in that first meeting that he/she/they or the work isn’t for me.
If something in your body stirs, contracts, or leans in as you read, that may be your indicator. Or, maybe it’s a calling toward this work and I’m simply a stepping stone toward the person you’re meant to work with. I’m happy to be of service either way.
Is this one-on-one or group-based?
This is primarily a one-on-one space with the option to engage with other members of The Treehouse. There’s no obligation to join the group calls or to participate in The Treehouse group Discord channel.
What’s the difference between the membership tiers?
The tiers are not about status or hierarchy, they reflect time and commitment. Each tier includes the same depth of presence, and are designed to make the most out of our time together.
Please refer to The Treehouse Membership Tiers + Benefits section for more details
Can I switch tiers or extend my membership?
Absolutely. You’re welcome to move up or down a tier as you feel called. You don’t need to explain, just follow what feels right. However, moving down a tier does not guarantee a pro-rated or partial refund.
What happens after my membership ends?
You’re always welcome to return if you wish to continue the journey together. However, when your time in The Treehouse feels complete, it’s complete. If down the line you feel called to return, The Treehouse is waiting.
How do we meet each week?
Each weekly call we come together virtually (via Zoom) or over the phone. Depending on the tier you join, group calls are held monthly, quarterly, or during seasonal or astronomical events. Either way, the 1:1 weekly and group calls are recorded and sent to you within 48-hours.
Are the weekly or group calls recorded?
Yes, weekly and group calls—whether virtual or by phone call—are recorded and sent to you within 48-hours.
What if I miss a weekly or group call, or need to reschedule?
Group calls are entirely optional. As a member of The Treehouse, you will still receive access to the recording even if you can’t or don’t attend the live. You are not required to watch the recording, either.
Weekly calls can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations are not guaranteed a reschedule, this is at my discretion.
Do I need to know who my Ancestors are to join?
No. You don’t need a detailed genealogy. This work honors chosen family, blood family, and Spirit family. Your lineage will show up as it’s ready. However, having even vague knowledge of your family history or ancestry can be beneficial at the start, but isn’t necessary to engage with this work.
Is The Treehouse confidential?
Yes! Together, we’re building a sacred space to honor vulnerabilities and that requires trust and confidentiality. Anything shared during our weekly calls or private messages will remain under lock and key—so long as you aren’t a danger to yourself or others.
The same goes for The Treehouse Discord server. Each member agrees to adhere to the confidentiality policy when they join The Treehouse and Discord server. However, I do not have control over the members’ their ability to copy/paste your messages, their desires to capture screenshots/screen recordings, or what they share on their social medias.
