About the Leather
This piece is made from craftsman leather and may show signs of a life lived - a scar, insect bite, wrinkle(s), branding, etc. While many appreciate these unique characteristics of leather, I do my best to cut the cleanest pieces to minimize the number of blemishes.
Returns + Exchange Policy:
Please keep in mind that I’m a maker, not a manufacturer. Returns and exchanges are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Returns or exchanges on custom or monogrammed orders are not accepted.
Warranty:
I stand by my work. Each piece comes with a lifetime warranty. If the hardware breaks or if stitching tears/loosens, I will repair it for a small fee. If an animal gets ahold of your piece and takes out chunks of leather, leaves bite marks or deep gouges… well, leather is pretty unforgiving and there may not be much I can do in terms of repair. Regardless, please reach out via email or the contact page so we can discuss restoring or repairing your piece.
I do not offer cleaning or water damage repair services at this time. However, you will receive a QR code linked to the care + maintenance page (link below) for each item you purchase. If the care required feels out of your element, consider reaching out to a local cobbler or professional leather cleaner (often found at dry cleaners) to discuss your needs.
