The Process
Once your order is placed, I will reach out to the provided email and go over what you’ve selected to ensure it comes out to your exact specifications. Once you’ve given the ‘ok’ of the final design, it will take 2-4 days to complete and ship your piece. I will reach out ASAP if there are any delays.
For the sake of transparency, the Sun Tanned leather may take longer before it’s ready to ship. I try to keep a few panels of this leather in stock because it’s the most popular, but it also goes quickly for the same reason. I sun tan the leather myself and sometimes the weather doesn’t allow for this process to occur when stock is low. I will do my best to update the online store accordingly. About the Leather
This piece is made from craftsman leather and may show signs of a life lived - a scar, insect bite, wrinkle(s), branding, etc. While many appreciate these unique characteristics of leather, I do my best to cut the cleanest pieces to minimize the number of blemishes.
Returns + Exchange Policy:
Please keep in mind that I’m a maker, not a manufacturer. Returns or exchanges on custom orders are not accepted.
Warranty:
I stand by my work. Each piece comes with a lifetime warranty. If the hardware breaks, or if stitching tears/loosens, I will repair it for a small fee.
If an animal gets ahold of your piece and takes out chunks of leather, leaves bite marks or deep gouges… well, leather is pretty unforgiving and there may not be much I can do in terms of repair. Regardless, please reach out so we can discuss restoring or repairing your piece.
I do not offer cleaning or water damage repair services at this time. However, you will receive a QR code linked to the care + maintenance page (link below) for each item you purchase. If the care required feels out of your element, consider reaching out to a local cobbler or professional leather cleaner (often found at dry cleaners) to discuss your needs.
